We start the class by Training and Teaching the students to bake an eggless Vanilla Cake from scratch, followed by

"Rasmalai Chocolate Mousse Dome" Rasmalai Mousse is taught from the scratch. Methodology and technique to formulate and create the Dome will be shown. Silver Dust, how it is sprayed will be shown along with Silver Vark (Leaf) and how to use and place edible rose for the enhancement will be shown.

"Banarasi Paan Parfait With Gulkand" in this students are shown to make Paan Bites and placing and decoration of Parfait will be shown.
